Rambling Rose cares de lot about your privacy. Webwìnkel software Prestashop

Our webshop was developed with software from Prestashop. Our webshop uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Compbell

We use the services of hosting provider Compbell for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible.

Payment processors

Mollie

To handle a (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use Mollie\'s platform. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie\'s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal deadlines.

Shipping and logistics

bPost, DPD

Rambling Rose leaves the choice of shipping to the customer with the default choice from the webshop DPD or bPost depending on country of destination. In consultation, another delivery person can be chosen. To create a shipping label, Rambling Rose needs your address, e-mail and often also your telephone number (partly in connection with a track & trace option). This data will be stored in our own management environment and will not be made available to a third party.

Cookies

Google Analytics

Through our website, cookies are placed by the American company Google, as part of the \"Analytics\" service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be obliged to provide access to this data on the basis of applicable laws and regulations.
